Added StarNet extra option.
When StarNet is selected some things are run a bit differently
- A copy of the starless image is made and left there after processing
- A copy of the stars image is made and left there after processing
- Operations like HDRMT and LHE are run on the starless image
- Star reduction is done on the stars image
- In the end starless and stars images are combined together
