AutoIntegrate works with RAW files as Pixinsight supports at least all major camera RAW file formats. If you are having problems with RAW files please check RAW Format Preferences dialog. Dialog opens when you double click RAW icon in Format Explorer. At least for me it works if no Output Options are selected.
If there is a strong color cast and/or vignetting it is worth trying with Use ABE and Use BackgroudNeutralization options. Sometimes also choosing Unlinked in Link RGB channel option helps.
