- Added optional Canon banding reduction using the method in CanonBandingReduction script.
- Code reorganized into multiple files. Code is now more manageable and AutoIntegrate Engine can now be called without AutoIntegrate GUI.
- Integration_RGBcolor renamed to Integration_RGB _color.
