I have removed and re-added it to “Manage Update Repositories” with Pixinsight close/reopen sequences in every possible combination.
It shows up in Resources/Updates/View Installed Updates, no matter what I do, but is no longer visible as a choice under Script/Batch processing.
What do I need to do?

I have seen comments like “I was able to get the scripts to reinstall by deleting the updates.xri file in the PixInsight application folder” or “…after I repaired my PixInsight installation, checked for updates, close PixInsight to install updates, and restart PixInsight”.
